Put simply – two brains, which joined experiences, have decided to buy a car and a plastic house on wheels..

Bridgette, Bridge to all people encountered, is Australian, but of Greek & Italian origins, 35 years, trained as a psychologist & spent too many years in the corporate world. A yearning to explore & understand, and a personality flaw for never wanting to miss out on things has motivated and initiated many travel adventures – from doning yukatas in homestays in Saitama, Japan to making coconut candies in Vietnam. However, there was one encounter with this Catalan known as Willy in Brasil, October 2008, riding in a mini van from Jericoacoara to Parnaiba with 19 passengers, live chickens and a driver named Junior, that opened up a whole new, unexpected world. It’s the reason why we are here now and which he will explain below
..
Willy, Will pels australians
Willy , Will for Australians
, 32 years old, Catalan, a climber and part-time practitioner of any sport or various activities that generally leads me to travel and to see the world, discovering beautiful corners between friends .. I been fortunate with several professions in my life and, in recent years, as a firefighter, where I am currently having an early-retirement for a few years. It all started in a strange walk through Lençóis Maranhão in the state of Maranhao, Brazil where Bridge & I met travelling .. We then found ourselves in the capital of the great river, the humid struck, sticky Manaus .. to travel a route along the Madeira River and to cross into Bolivia .. Rurrenebaque, La Paz, Uyuni and to Salta Argentina .. In Bogota, two months later, we met to travel through Colombia, it’s carnivals, the Colombian Caribbean and Inland .. 4 months later, we were halfway
, exploring the “exotic”, the charming and slightly perverse Thailand and it’s opposite, alluring Cambodia … all the time thinking of something more .. which after another 4 months was travelling through Morocco and the great country of Catalonia
. Together we saw and felt that we had our future on the road …
